PITTSBURGH — Ken Zeff, who likely built out the biggest local coffee shop chain the region has ever had before selling out a few years ago, is ready to go back to brewing.
The founder of Crazy Mocha Coffee Co., has a deal in place to open the new Yinz Coffee in the former Crazy Mocha location on North Avenue near Federal Street on the North Side.
Look for another three or four new locations of Yinz Coffee to open in the next five or six months, added Zeff, who now expects to expand Yinz Coffee in conjunction with FancyPants Popcorn, the new retail concept he launched after selling out of Crazy Mocha.
