PITTSBURGH — After launching their gift shop, love, Pittsburgh with stores on Mount Washington and downtown, owners Kelly Sanders and Monica Yope did not go far for their third.
The partners are poised to open their third location of love, Pittsburgh at 1728 Penn Ave. in the Strip District this month, taking over the former space of Parma Sausage only about a mile and a half from their downtown shop at 805 Liberty Ave.
In a Strip District facing a major redevelopment boom, the new shop brings a total focus on offering a product mix exclusively produced by artists and makers based in the region.
