PITTSBURGH — Highmark Health and its dental subsidiary, United Concordia, will provide more than $100 million in rebates to some customers and providers and payments to providers next month due to spending less this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Highmark Inc. plans about $65 million in rebates in September for Affordable Care Act members, small group members and some of the fully insured commercial members, said Highmark Inc. President and CEO Deb Rice-Johnson.
