PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh’s biggest bank now spans the country, establishing beachheads on the West Coast.

PNC Financial Services Group Inc. has appointed regional leaders for its new Washington State and Portland markets, part of the middle market business banking expansion into the nation’s largest metros that it announced three years ago.

Laura MacNeil has been appointed the regional president for Washington State, Jennifer Hare has been appointed the head of Corporate Banking for Washington State and J.T. Hutchinson has been appointed the regional president and head of Corporate Banking for Portland.
