PITTSBURGH — GRB Law is set to move for the first time in more than 118 years.

The firm announced that it has signed a new lease to take 17,160 square feet at 525 William Penn Place, ending its run at the Frick Building less than a block away where it was one of the original tenants when Henry Clay Frick had the Frick Building erected in 1902.

According to an announcement, the firm is expected to move in the fourth quarter of 2021 to the 31st floor of 525 William Penn Place, the fourth-largest building downtown that has undergone a full renovation, including a newly installed lobby, fitness center and tenant-exclusive lounge area.
