Owners announce Legume’s closing and plan for replacing it

PITTSBURGH — Trevett and Sarah Hooper are set to retire their "beastly baby" of a restaurant Legume to replace it with a new approach.

The couple announced to the email list of Legume that they were closing the restaurant after a run of more than 13 years, with the final day of operation to be Leap Day, Feb. 29.
