SHADYSIDE, Pa. — Pip & Lola’s, the local handmade soap business that has set up shops in high-profile locations such as the Mall at Robinson and the Strip District Terminal, is set to make a new home for itself just off Walnut Street in Shadyside.

The company announced that it has leased 809 Ivy Street, a residential property close to Walnut Street across from the neighborhood’s long-time S.W. Randall Toyes & Giftes store.

The new location will serve as a retail shop as well as for production space and for an administrative office on the properties three stories, said owner Samantha Story-Camp, in an email.
