FINDLAY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Following a pandemic-induced delay, Pittsburgh International Airport is now ready to kick off the start of its new $1.4 billion Terminal Modernization Program (TMP), with an official groundbreaking ceremony set to take place at 2 p.m. on Oct. 14.
Christina Cassotis, CEO of the Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) which manages PIT, will be joined by other airport and local officials to mark the start of a project that will result in the consolidation of the airport’s two Air- and Land-side terminals into a single terminal that spans 700,000-square-feet.
