PITTSBURGH — The average price increase for a ticket to a Pittsburgh Steelers game over the past 15 years ranks among the highest increases in the entire NFL.

That’s according to a new report from the sports betting analysis platform The Action Network, which looked at data collected by Statista on all 32 NFL teams over the past decade and a half.

Between 2006 and 2020, the average ticket price for a Pittsburgh Steelers game at Heinz Field went from $59.19 to $114.24, an increase of 93%, The Action Network reported. That percentage increase ranked the team at the No. 6 spot by total increase rate, with all five teams above the Steelers posting an increase of over 100% during the same time period.
