PITTSBURGH — PNC Financial Services Group Inc., which started voluntary return to the workplace in mid-June and expects to transition to a full return in November, is not currently requiring those who come back to be vaccinated.
“But those who choose to go into the office at this time must complete a daily, self-administered health check to confirm their wellness prior to arrival,” Jason Beyersdorfer, regional media relations senior manager, said Thursday via email. “All employees working in a PNC facility — both office and branch locations — are required to wear masks, regardless of their vaccination status.”
PNC (NYSE:PNC) said the November return — announced on July 21 and late compared to most in the financial sector who aimed for September — is dependent on an analysis of key indicators that will help to determine the pacing of employees returning to its building.
