Constructed in 1905 by Henry Shenk & Co., “The Kelly House,” as it’s known, is located at 1145 Beechwood Blvd. It features seven full bathrooms and two partial bathrooms across its more than 14,000-square-foot interior that sits on 1.4 acres of land, according to its listing on Howard Hanna Real Estate Services’ website.
Pittsburgh architectural firm McClure & Spahr designed the home.
