Public paychecks: Which Pittsburgh-area health care executives bring home the highest salaries

PITTSBURGH — There were 49 health care executives in the Pittsburgh region that earned at least $1 million in the most recently reported tax year for their organization, according to research by the Pittsburgh Business Times.

Some have C-level titles, some are board members, some are top surgeons and other physicians.

All of them making seven-figures, except for two, worked for two organizations: UPMC and Highmark Health.
