PITTSBURGH — Some 12 accounting firms operating in Pittsburgh, including one based here, were among the 100 largest in the country, according to the annual ranking by revenue just released by Inside Public Accounting.
Schneider Downs & Co. Inc. moved up a place to No. 57 on IPA’s list as its revenue of $92.03 million hit a new all-time high, beating the $87.47 million it posted last year by 5.2%. Based in downtown Pittsburgh, it is the region’s 4th-largest accounting office.
Both IPA’s ranking, and the Pittsburgh Business Times', which is according to the number of professional staff, were led by Deloitte LLP.
