PITTSBURGH — Laura Dunn of Spear Street Capital LLC emphasizes that her company's plan for the 330,000-plus-square-foot building on 14 acres of land at 27 51st Street in Lawrenceville is about more than meeting a parking requirement.
After buying the behemoth building last summer and then meeting with Lawrenceville community groups, Spear Street will get to make its case for public approval from the city for the first time on Thursday, February 6.
