BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. — A Butler County man is accused of engaging in sexual acts with children several times, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation believes there might be more victims.

James Leroy, 54, of Renfrew, is in the custody of U.S. Marshals, indicted on charges of sexual misconduct.

According to authorities, Leroy, who owns Jimi Enterprise Incorporated in Butler, sexually exploited four minors between 2009 and 2016. The incidents happened at his home and out of state.

On two separate occasions, Leroy allegedly traveled out of state and transported kids with the “intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct,” a news release said.

A 13-year-old boy claims Leroy had him perform sexual acts in front of him in exchange for $200, police reports show.

The FBI continues to investigate.
