Overturned tractor trailer at I-79/279 split causes major backups

PITTSBURGH — All southbound lanes will be closed for a time as emergency crews deal with a second overturned tractor trailer in the area of the I-79/279 split.

Officials were dealing with a truck that had overturned earlier in the morning in the area, announcing a single lane would be shut down in the southbound direction.
