ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND — A couple in Maryland have filed a lawsuit against their realtor after their house become uninhabitable because of a snake infestation.

They claim the realtor knew about the problem and didn't disclose it. So far exterminators have counted 8 snakes, most of them black rat snakes. The snakes infestation goes from the basement all the way to the roof.
The family is suing for 2 million dollars. They say the infestation was known but not disclosed. They've already spent 50 thousand dollars trying to get rid of the snakes but haven't succeeded. The family has moved in with relatives nearby and are hoping to get a fresh start.
