SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA — Long known as "The Flintstone House", a landmark property near San Francisco is for sale.
The colorful and domed house was named after the famous cartoon because of its unusual construction. The architect was experimenting with new materials and techniques when he made the curvy house by forming wire and blasting wet concrete onto the forms. Built in 1977, the 4.2 million dollar asking price is nearly double the area average. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very wavy kitchen.
