1 person injured after vehicle crashes into business in Homestead

HOMESTEAD, Pa. — One person was injured after a vehicle crashed into a business in Homestead.

Emergency crews were called to the 100 block of W Bridge Street for reports of a crash at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.

The vehicle appeared to have gone over the curve and into the Famous Footwear in that location.

“It was a blue Subaru and [it] just ran into the Famous Footwear. It was absolutely crazy,” said Jayden Rice, a witness.

One person was taken to a hospital from the scene.
