2 people injured in McCandless fire

MCCANDLESS, Pa. — Two people were hurt in a fire at a McCandless home late Thursday.

Allegheny County dispatchers said emergency crews were called to the 600 block of Westchester Drive at 8:50 p.m.

Our crew at the scene saw firefighters entering what appeared to be a townhouse or duplex.

Two people were taken to the hospital from the scene. There is currently no word on their conditions.
