SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Two teenagers were killed in a car crash in Washington County.
According to the Washington County Office of the Coroner, the crash happened near 3025 East Maiden Street in South Strabane Township at around 11:18 p.m. Saturday.
The driver, identified as Justin Michael Crawford, 17, lost control of the car and hit a tree.
Both Crawford and his passenger, Nevaeh Sheets, 17, were pronounced dead at the scene.
It’s unknown if either teenager were wearing a seatbelt, officials said.
The crash is still under investigation.
