IRWIN, Pa. — Someone hit big in Westmoreland County!
A $3 million winning scratch-off lottery ticket was sold at a gas station in Irwin.
The Sunoco at 623 Oak Street sold the ticket and will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling it.
