MONROEVILLE, Pa. — A $3 million-winning scratch-off lottery ticket was sold in Allegheny County.
The ticket, called $3 Million Snow Bank, was sold at the Sheetz at 2100 Mosside Drive in Monroeville.
The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
