UPDATE: Missing woman’s body discovered in McKees Rocks fridge

MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. — UPDATE: Kristy Jefferson’s body was discovered Monday, May 4 in a refrigerator at a McKees Rocks apartment building.

Daryl Jones, 40, has now been charged with abuse of a corpse.

McKees Rocks police said Jefferson is listed as a missing adult and was last seen there on April 26 on a FaceTime call with family members.

Police described her as being about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds. Officers do not have a clothing description.
