ALIQUIPPA, Pa. — K-9 Stella with the Aliquippa Police Department is set to receive a bullet- and stab-proof vest.

Police said the donation comes from Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. out of Massachusetts. Stella’s vest will have “Honoring those who served and sacrificed” embroidered on it.
Department officials said the vest will arrive later this spring.
