ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The Berkeley Hills Fire Company is mourning the loss of one of its firefighters.
Dalton Minerd was a huge asset to the company, according to its post on Facebook. He drove for five days a week during daylight hours for several years and spent countless hours staffing, helping with apparatus maintenance, stocking the pop machine and getting the rigs out the door.
The company said it will pass along arrangements once they are made.
