PITTSBURGH — BNY is increasing its minimum wage as well as expanding certain benefits and employee rewards in 2025.
The international financial giant said the minimum hourly salary rate for employees based in the U.S. will be raised to $25 per hour, effective March 1. At present, the hourly pay is at $22.50.
BNY said it marks the fourth such increase in the past five years.
