SHARPSBURG, Pa. — A-boil water advisory has been lifted for the Waterworks Mall and Aspinwall Borough, according to the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority.
Repair work is expected to be completed by the end of the week on a 60-inch water main that broke Friday morning along the Allegheny Valley Railroad track near where Route 8 connects to State Route 28.
The break caused low water pressure, but the water authority said on Saturday that no customers were without water.
Customers impacted by the advisory can direct any questions or concerns to Gina Cyprych, environmental compliance coordinator, at 412-224-3943.
