PITTSBURGH — A car burst into flames in the parking garage of the East Liberty Target Friday.
Allegheny County dispatchers said police, fire and EMS units were called to the 6200 block of Penn Avenue in East Liberty at 8:09 p.m.
A Channel 11 viewer saw a car parked near the drive-up pickup spots. The front end was ablaze.
No one was injured, dispatchers said.
