PITTSBURGH — A car crashed into a hillside on a Route 28 ramp early Monday morning.

Our crew at the scene saw a car that crashed into a fence and hillside on the ramp that leads to East Ohio Street.
One person was taken to the hospital from the scene, Allegheny County dispatchers said.
