Kraus faced littering and harassment citations stemming from his feud with Christine Marburger. a neighboring business owner.
Kraus was accused of intentionally tossing trash in front of Marburger’s South Side pet salon, which is next to Kraus’ home. Kraus has complained about her employees smoking in front of his house
The harassment charge was dropped Thursday. A judge dismissed the littering charge last year.
