According to the complaint, the alleged assault did not happen at a church.

Channel 11 News has learned that Babinger was an organist at Christ Lutheran Church in Duquesne.

A pastor from the church told Tomazic that Babinger is on unpaid leave.

Channel 11 News has also learned Babinger played the organ at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mt. Oliver.

The pastor there told Tomazic that Babinger didn’t work with children in any capacity. He simply played the organ.
