Cold, December air will continue to pour into the region throughout the weekend.
There will be a few snow showers are possible on Friday and Friday night. Most areas won’t see anything more than a light dusting, but a few inches of snow will be possible in the ridges heading into the weekend.

High temperatures Saturday and Sunday won’t get out of the 20s in much of the area. The wind chill Sunday morning in parts of the area will be in the single digits.
Temperatures will warm up just a bit in time for Christmas, and it will be more wet than white for the holiday this year.
