Meghan Warren is the manager at the coffee shop and said the parked car that was hit belonged to her.

“It was very quick. I saw my car there in an instant, and another car replace it. There was a very loud crash,” Warren said.

The impact of the crash knocked over a light pole, and it was lying across the street just down from Allegheny General Hospital.

“Unfortunately, some of our customers were in the front window, and were terrified. Luckily, the building wasn’t touched whatsoever, and the customers were safe,” she added.

Police were able to catch up to two underage girls who were in the car, but two others are still out there.

Warren said she’s just grateful no one was killed.

“I see families walking up and down the street constantly. My first thought wears, I’m glad my customers in the window were OK, and that no one else was hurt,” she said.

No one is charged, and it’s unclear if the car was stolen.
