PITTSBURGH — Route 28 has reopened after a crash completely stopped outbound traffic on Monday afternoon.
The crash happened just before 4 p.m. at the Millvale exit.
Traffic was completely stopped as of 4:30 p.m., but cameras indicated it was moving slowly around 4:40 p.m.
At 5 p.m., Channel 11 learned the road had reopened.
At this time, no injuries have been reported.
