PITTSBURGH — A cyclist was injured in an overnight crash in the city.
This occurred around 2 a.m. in the 3000 block of Pioneer Avenue in the city’s Brookline neighborhood.
The cyclist had an accident on the roadway and was transported by EMS in critical condition, according to a public information officer with Pittsburgh Public Safety.
The incident is under investigation. At this point, there’s no evidence a vehicle was involved, the information officer said.
It’s not clear what type of bike was involved.
