WASHINGTON, Pa. — A doctor who practiced in Washington County has been suspended after she was accused of taking pictures of an unconscious patient.
According to state investigators, Denise Gilman took a photo of a private body part of the patient with her phone because of an unusual tattoo she saw, and she then showed the photo to other people. The photo was later deleted.

This happened at the Tri-State Surgery Center in Washington, inside the office building, investigators said.
