CALIFORNIA, Pa. — A driver was injured when a coal truck overturned, spilling its load onto Route 43 in Washington County Thursday afternoon.
The accident happened as the truck was coming off a ramp from Route 40.
Channel 11's Cara Sapida reported that a medical helicopter was called.
