INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. — A man pleaded guilty to killing his passenger in a crash while he was intoxicated in 2019.
Patrick Walker, 30, of Seward, pleaded guilty Monday to homicide by vehicle while DUI.
The Indiana County District Attorney said Pennsylvania State Police were called to a single-vehicle crash in East Wheatfield Township on Sept. 7, 2019. They found a Tesla off of the roadway and in a densely wooded area.
Officials said Walker was driving at a high rate of speed which caused the deadly crash.
Walker is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 21, 2025.
