PITTSBURGH — Duquesne University will be combining some of its programs and expanding engineering degrees, creating the School of Science and Engineering that will expand its offerings in high-demand STEM fields.
Duquesne already has math, science, physics and biomedical engineering in place. The plan is to offer a foundational first year of engineering programs in the fall and then begin degree programs in several new fields, including mechanical engineering, environmental/energy engineering, systems engineering and engineering physics in fall 2024.
