Elizabeth Forward High School musical finds new home after auditorium damaged by fire

JEFFERSON HILLS, Pa. — Students involved in the Elizabeth Forward High School musical will still be able to perform on a different stage after theirs was destroyed in a fire.

Concerns over whether or not the students could perform surfaced after a fire spread throughout the high school in February. The auditorium, theater and music wing suffered some of the worst damage.

Thomas Jefferson High School will lend its auditorium to the cast and crew of Elizabeth Forward High School’s “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” production.

Shows will take place on March 30, 31, and April 1 at 7:00 p.m. and on April 2 at 2:00 p.m.

Tickets can be bought online and cost $15.

The Elizabeth Forward High School administration also recently announced that the clean-up process has been going well and said students may be allowed back in the building in April.
