State police searching for missing endangered person out of Fayette County

FAYETTE COUNTY — Pennsylvania State Police have put out a Missing and Endangered Person Advisory out of Fayette County.

According to their Twitter page, state police are on the lookout for Richard Friend, age 66.

Friend is reported as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He also is reportedly wearing a blue T-shirt, white camo sweatpants and no shoes.

Friend was last seen in the area of Grays Landing Hill Road in Nicholson Township around 11 p.m. on Jan. 31.

Police said they believe Friend may be at special risk of harm or injury and may be confused.

Police are asking the public to call 911 if he is seen.
