Stowe Township police are investigating a fight that took place outside Sto-Rox Jr./Sr. High School Monday involving a gun.
During a fight between students and a group that came to the building after school, someone dropped a gun, causing a school security guard to pull out their weapon, according to a letter from Superintendent Megan Marie Van Fossan.
The person who dropped the weapon was not a student, according to Van Fossan, and no one was injured.
The security guard followed protocol, she said.
