ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — In the past three weeks, there have been three restaurant fires in the Pittsburgh area. The lastest was at the Red Robin at Settlers Ridge in Robinson Township.
Workers told Channel 11 they were changing a grill around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday and gas spilled on the floor, causing the fire.
When crews arrived, smoke could be seen coming from the roof. Because of the size of the building and adjoining businesses, a second alarm was requested for additional manpower.

Firefighters got the blaze under control in about 15 minutes. No one was injured.
We’re told damage was contained to the kitchen and roof.
