Richardson Park in Bentleyville was underwater after Wednesday’s storms. The playground looked like it had waterslides going into a pool.

Leftover debris and mud cover the tennis courts. A row of trees that had just been planted is now wiped out.

One of two small bridges connecting the field to the children’s playground was completely washed away and disappeared downstream.

Similar scenes played out across the area, and cleanup continues.

In Fredericktown right next to 10 Mile Creek, workers with the Washington County Parks Department examined the damage from Wednesday’s storms.

They have multiple reports of landslides throughout the county.

Channel 11 saw an entire hillside in the creek, more than a dozen oak trees in the creek and a garage hanging over the edge.
