STOWE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A fugitive wanted for multiple probation violations was arrested in Stowe Township Friday.
The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office said Joshua Poole, 31, was declared a fugitive on Dec. 27, when a judge issued three bench warrants for probation violations.
The probation violations include drug, possession of a weapon by an inmate, aggravated harassment by an inmate and a firearms charge.
Detectives from the sheriff’s office learned Poole was at a house along 11th Street in Stowe Township. They went to the home Friday and announced themselves for several minutes with no answer.
The sheriff’s office said detectives forced entry into the house and found Poole inside.
Poole was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
