Two killed in apparent double murder at Waynesburg apartment

WAYNESBURG — Green County District Attorney David Russo confirmed to Channel 11 that two people were killed at an apartment building on South Morris Street in Waynesburg Monday night.

The apartment the two people were discovered in is on the second floor.

Russo said the two people appear to be victims of a double homicide.

Although the investigation is pending, Russo said they appear to have been shot.
