HOPWOOD, Pa. — A concert in Fayette County on Saturday helped benefit a Toys For Tots drive.
For $5 and an unwrapped toy for a child in need, people were able to watch eight bands perform at the Catholic Veterans Post in Hopwood.
We have about 100 people right now, hoping for about 150 more, even more than that if we can. As many as we can squeeze in here, we’re gonna squeeze in here,” Tom Trainer told Channel 11 during the event.
This was the 18th year for the benefit concert.
