SHALER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Allegheny County investigators were back at the scene this morning where alleged killer George Biegenwald buried his girlfriend Donna See in a four-foot grave last month, but police aren’t releasing any details.
Meanwhile, Biegenwald’s attorney said he is curious too about why investigators were back at the Shaler Township property.

“I am a little surprised,” defense attorney Phil Dilucente said. “They were there for quite a long time.”
Dilucente said his client acted in self-defense and added that See’s death was accidental.
Dilucente said the medical examiner couldn’t tell if bruises on See’s body came from a fall or a strike, and he maintained See jumped on Biegenwald’s back and started to hit him.
Investigators, however, said Biegenwald killed See and moved her body several times from a bathtub, to a car and into a freezer before burying her on his neighbor’s property.
