WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — A disabled tractor-trailer caused significant delays on I-70/79 in Washington County.

Washington County dispatchers said a disabled tractor-trailer caused significant delays to west/northbound traffic.

Our crew saw the tractor-trailer near the Murtland Avenue exit.
